PolicyPal is a digital direct insurance broker that enables individuals to buy, manage and optimise their insurance policies. We are also Singapore's first graduate from the Monetary of Singapore's (MAS) fintech regulatory sandbox.
PolicyPal is a free mobile app.
Currently, PolicyPal only works for policies purchased in Singapore regardless of citizenships. We are looking to bring PolicyPal to other areas in the near future.
Currently, this feature is only available via our app and there are 2 ways for you to upload.
Click on the "Add Policy" button on the "My Policies" screen. Thereafter,
1) You can then input your policies details manually.
2) Alternatively, you can use the in-app camera to take a photo of your existing policy (only the policy schedule or benefit illustration page) and using OCR technology, your details will be up in seconds! (We highly recommend this method.)
You can remove your policies by visiting the "My Policies" screen in the app and performing a "left swipe" on the relevant policies.
From 1st September 2017, PolicyPal is a registered direct insurance broker and exempt financial adviser.
PolicyPal works with various insurance companies to bring you an unbiased range of products to choose from. If you are unable to find a certain product that you are looking for, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you. Our team is constantly working hard to onboard more products to our web and app.
