How do I make a claim?
You will need to contact the Claims Department as soon as an incident happens to give rise to the claim, and then complete a claim form to kick off the claims process. The following documents are required during a claims submission:
- Written proof of the incident e.g. a police report or doctor’s report
- Original medical receipts
- Invoices
- All supporting documents
For medical claims that come through a hospital admission, MSIG will assess your claims and notify you of the outcome. MSIG will then make a direct payment to the hospital for its share of the hospital expenses if it is an admissible claim.
